It was a dark day when we discovered that our builder had poured the foundation to our house and promptly gone out of business. What to do?
A rather desperate phone call to Accurate Design & Consulting has saved our project and left us living in a beautifully built, fully finished home sooner than we had dared to hope.
Lawrence Johnson liaised expertly and efficiently with the banks, lawyers, and trades people involved, secured the permits, and had a framing crew on site in short order. Crews busily plied their trades without delay, working long days to get to lock-up before the rain started. Nothing was compromised and we both agree that the finished product has greatly exceeded our expectations.
If and when you build, you will need someone with the necessary construction and communication skills, a good rapport with the building trades, and the integrity to represent your interests throughout the construction process. To that end, I would highly recommend that you put Accurate Design and Consulting on your list of builders to interview.
You can believe that we are sincere when we say thank you to Lawrence and Candace Johnson, not only for all their help with designs, colours, etc. and their most gracious attendance to the endless details, but also for their ongoing commitment to get this house built, and built well on budget and on schedule. We couldn’t be more satisfied. Thanks again.
